Free copies of Subnautica: Epic Games Store kickstarts your library with a winner - powersclous1993

The Epic Games Store launched past week, meaning now we've reached the point where Epic hopes to lure you away from Steam clean. And one of Large's first strategies? Borrowing from EA's unsound-running "On the Firm" program, Big is liberal away free games every two weeks for the next year, or 26 free games total. After all, information technology's harder to complain that your Steam library is thus much bigger than your Epic library if the latter starts to grow direct no real effort on your part.
Epic's start slay strong, too: The first freebie is Subnautica, the underwater survival of the fittest game that emerged from proto access in 2018. It's fantastical, ace of the few survival games that's ever truly hooked me thanks to its weird aquatic wildlife and hints of an alienate civilization to discover. Subnautica's so fantastic, in fact…I'll tell you a secret: IT's connected our Game of the Year list. (Look for that future week.)
So yeah, Subnautica's a plot I'd advocate picking up at its full $25 price, and Epic's going away to give you a copy for liberate instead—leastways, as protracted as you foot it risen before December 27. All you own to do is create an Epic Games Store account (or labour up your Fortnite/Unreal Railway locomotive credential) and then direct to Subnautica's put in page. Click the Orange Free button, place the order, and you're done. From there it's accessible in the Epic Games launcher.
On its own it's probably not sufficient to beget you to start actively using the Epic Games launcher, but I'll be curious to see how this program evolves over the next year and how many to a greater extent Subnautica-quality giveaways we see—you know, games that are new(ish) and expensive(ish) normally. Tops Meat Boy is the next biz upwardly, which isn't quite as entrancing a deal out. It's been kicking around since 2010 and was involved in at least one Mild Packet. Only Subnautica is less than a year old, which means there's a considerable audience that's ne'er played information technology and might need to take advantage of Epic's generosity.
Regardless, information technology's absolved Epic poem's critical about making a play here, and you get to glean the rewards. I intimate you do thusly. I really keister't punctuate enough how some I loved Subnautica.
